WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Our dBase Registry ad management platform offers dual functionality to our clients, first, as an ad management platform through which we collect Anonymous Information, and secondly, for CRM lead generation through which we may collect both Anonymous Information and Personal Information that users voluntarily opt-in to provide to us.
We collect information through cookies and log files to understand our users’ preferences and to improve our Sites and services. A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s computer tied to information about the user. Some cookies and other technologies may serve to recall Personal Information previously indicated by a Site’s user. Most browsers allow you to control cookies, including whether or not to accept them and how to remove them. We may use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. Session ID cookies are automatically deleted when a user closes the browser. A persistent cookie is a small text file stored on the user’s hard drive for an extended period of time, so that information (like the user’s preferences) can be retrieved from the cookie on the next occasion when the user visits the same Site. Persistent cookies can be removed by following Internet browser help file directions. If you choose to disable cookies, some areas of the Sites and services may not work properly.
In order to use certain aspects of our services, you may be required to complete the applicable registration form accessible on the site. However, some services may not require registration. Our registration process requires you to provide your first name, last name and email address, among other information. We may also request optional information to support your use of the services, including but not limited to your postal address, phone number, date of birth, zip code, and country of residence. We collect and maintain a record of all data provided through such registration forms. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but this may limit the features of our services you are able to use.
We do not intentionally collect or maintain Personal Information from those who are under 13 years old. Protecting the privacy of children is very important to us. Thus, if we obtain knowledge that a user is under 13, we will take steps to remove that user's Personal Information from our databases.

In general, Personal Information you submit to us is used by us to provide the services to you, respond to requests that you make, to improve the Sites and services, and to offer you additional information, opportunities, promotions and functionality from us, our partners or our advertisers. We may also use your Personal Information to provide you with updates about the Sites and/or services or send promotional information, should you request to receive such communications from us, our partners and other third parties.
We may disclose your Personal Information if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas or warrants served on us; or (b) to protect and defend the rights or property of Company, you, or third parties. You hereby consent to Company sharing your Personal Information under the circumstances described herein.

If you no longer wish to receive promotional communications from us via email or if you wish to have your Personal Information removed from our databases, simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the name of the service for which information was provided, your full name, mailing address, phone number and email address so that we may identify you in the opt-out process. Within a reasonable time after we receive your request, we will cease those communications or remove the Personal Information. Please note that even though you may request deletion of your Personal Information by us, we may be required (by law or otherwise) to keep this information and not delete it (or to keep this information for a certain time, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such requirements). When we delete Personal Information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may remain in our archives.
Our Sites and communications from us may contain links to other websites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such other websites. We encourage our users to read the privacy statements of each and every website they visit. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by us through our Sites and services. The ability to access information from third parties from our Sites, or links to other websites or locations, is for your convenience and does not signify our endorsement of such third parties, other websites, locations or their contents.

Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide security for information in our possession and control, we bear no liability for uses or disclosures of Personal Information arising in connection with the theft thereof. Likewise, any user who registers for services is responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of passwords, and we bear no liability for access to, or use or disclosure of, Personal Information, if such access, use or disclosure arises in connection with the theft or disclosure (whether intentional or negligent) of a password.
