dBase Media's commitment to the best practices for protecting user's

dBase Media, LLC facilitates the delivery of marketing solutions
utilizing multiple online media platforms for the benefit of our
clients. We do not collect personally identifiable information
on any user who views advertisements from our clients.

and personalized services based on certain "click stream" patterns,
This practice is customary as most publishers allow cookies to
be served in conjunction with an advertising campaign. Many our
advertisers may choose to use cookies to sometimes track anonymous
behavioral data of certain users. We make every attempt to review
our client's privacy practices to ensure their full disclosure
of such data collection. It is our intent not to violate the privacy
standards set forth and to ensure the proper use of the "click
stream" data in an effort to protect users from any unscrupulous
misconduct. However, we cannot be held accountable for any misuse
of such data or non-compliance to their privacy practices. dBase
Media, LLC does not collect, store or distribute cookie data,
therefore we cannot share, sell or distribute to third parties.
However, we may monitor, track or report certain data that indicates
whether or not a user visits specific pages of a client advertiser's
site such as a registration or checkout page. This information
is applicable only to the advertiser we represent and only in
the context for evaluating performance of creative selection,
content page placement and/or media properties who accept our
advertisements. This anonymous data is only viewed by broad user
groups and cannot be personally identifiable to any individual
user.
Choice
and Consent
Although dBase Media, LLC does not collect, store or distribute
personally identifiable data, we offer users the right to tell
us not to use such data in the future should we change our policy.
To opt-out of such collected data, simply email us at support@dbasemedia.com
to inform us to the level of opt-out you would like to exercise.
Once we receive this request, we will take corrective action and
confirm the removal of your information.
Data Security
dBase Media, LLC makes every effort to maintain the security
of our network and any data that we access or may collect in the
future. We work with vendors who use secure network encryption
technology to ensure the highest security standards. We review
all vendor's privacy policies to maintain consistency with our
best practices privacy standards. Whenever possible, we incorporate
safeguards in our agreements with vendors to hold them accountable
for any misconduct that may arise.
Privacy
of Children
dBase Media, LLC is very sensitive to the
issue of children's privacy and makes every effort to protect
the privacy of children under the age of 13 surfing the web. We
only work with those entities in compliance with the Children's
Online Privacy Protection Act and will not knowingly collect or
use personally identifiable information from, anyone under 13
years of age.
