including any information that may be used to identify you
personally, such as a first and last name, a home or other physical
address, an email address or other non-public contact information
("Personal Information"). In general, when you use our

and Anonymous Information that we collect when you use our Sites and
services. We have adopted and implemented this Privacy Policy as
part of our commitment to protecting such information from misuse.
BY
USING OUR SITES OR SERVICES OR SUBMITTING PERSONAL INFORMATION
THROUGH THE SERVICES, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION, USE
AND DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION ACCORDING TO THIS PRIVACY
POLICY.
YOUR

WHAT
INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Our
dBase Registry technology serves a dual purpose, first, as an ad
serving platform through which we collect Anonymous Information, and
secondly, for lead generation through which we may collect both
Anonymous Information and Personal Information that users voluntarily
opt-in to provide to us.
We
collect information through cookies and log files to understand our
users’ preferences and to improve our Sites and services. A
cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s computer tied to
information about the user. Some cookies and other technologies may
serve to recall Personal Information previously indicated by a Site’s
user. Most browsers allow you to control cookies, including whether
or not to accept them and how to remove them. We may use both
session ID cookies and persistent cookies. Session ID cookies are
automatically deleted when a user closes the browser. A persistent
cookie is a small text file stored on the user’s hard drive for
an extended period of time, so that information (like the user’s
preferences) can be retrieved from the cookie on the next occasion
when the user visits the same Site. Persistent cookies can be
removed by following Internet browser help file directions. If you
choose to disable cookies, some areas of the Sites and services may
not work properly.
We
may also enable advertisers and ad servers to promote third party
products and/or services by placing advertisements on our Sites.
These advertisers and ad servers may use cookies and/or “web
beacons” (which are usually small, transparent graphic images)
in order to monitor information related to advertisements. Clicking
on such advertisements may direct you to the website of a third party
or the advertiser. This Privacy Policy does not cover the privacy
practices of any third parties, advertisers or their ad servers. We
may not have access to this information collected or provided to ad
agencies nor will we be able to control the use of this information.
In
our log files, we collect information such as Internet protocol
(“IP”) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider
(“ISP”), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time
stamp, and clickstream patterns. Log file information may be linked
to your Personal Information, and by using any Site or service, you
agree that you are voluntarily providing that information to us,
authorizing such linking, and opting-in to permit us to use and
disclose such information as Personal Information to the extent that
we are otherwise authorized to use and disclose Personal Information.
Our use of cookies and other tracking technologies allows us to
improve our Sites and services. We may also analyze information that
does not contain Personal Information for trends and statistics.
Our
Sites and services may contain forms through which we collect and
maintain information submitted voluntarily by users, such as, but not
limited to, registration forms, customer support surveys or other
informational surveys. For example, we may use this information to
tailor the visitor’s experience by showing them content that we
feel may be of interest to them and may meet their personal
preferences. Users of these forms accept full responsibility for the
legitimacy of any information provided to us. However, we do not
require you to provide such information to us. By providing such
information voluntarily, you give us permission to use such
information as described in this Privacy Policy. We also collect
Personal Information voluntarily provided by you in the course of
correspondence or registration or as otherwise identified below.
In
order to use certain aspects of our services, you may be required to
complete the applicable registration form accessible on the site.
However, some services may not require registration. Our registration
process requires you to provide your first name, last name and email
address, among other information. We may also request optional
information to support your use of the services, including but not
limited to your postal address, phone number, date of birth, zip
code, and country of residence. We collect and maintain a record of
all data provided through such registration forms. You can choose not
to provide us with certain information, but this may limit the
features of our services you are able to use.
We
sometimes collect information on behalf of, and from the websites of,
our business partners. That information is treated in accordance
with the privacy policies of our business partners and this Privacy
Policy does not apply to such information.
We

a user is under 13, we will take steps to remove that user's Personal

sources like telephone, email or fax, from third parties that provide
services for us in connection with our own services, as well as from
third parties to whom you have voluntarily provided information or
additional public records. We may add this information to the
information we have already collected from you via our services.
This Privacy Policy does not restrict our use of that additional
information.
